I Just Want to Lie Around in Yokohama and Collect Money

[This novel will go VIP on February 17, 2021. There will be three updates that day, then two updates a day for the next three days. Thank you all for your support!] Narumi Ryo dreams of being a freeloader who can support himself by doing nothing. He has a job at a tavern that barely pays the bills. Though he has a naturally handsome, cool-looking face, his popularity at work isn't great because he always wears a blank expression and can't read the room. Luckily, that doesn't bother Ryo much. As long as he can eat, drink, and sleep every day, he's happy. But one day, his boss tells him the tavern has to close because he's going to become an actor in some Mankai troupe. With no job left, Ryo packs up his few belongings and wanders around his hometown of Yokohama. One day, he runs into a customer who used to come by and chat with him. Narumi Ryo (raises a blank-faced hand and waves it like a cat's paw): "Mr. Nakahara, would you like to take me in? I don't eat much..." 1. This is a lighthearted story, not a power fantasy. As usual, the protagonist can't save all of humanity. 2. He's more like a stray cat at first, but later becomes a housecat of a young man. He's two years older than Chuuya. 3. Yes, that makes this an age-gap romance with a younger seme. 4. It has a little crossover with Spring Blossoms and Autumn Leaves, which is complete and can be read on its own. 5. I can guarantee a happy ending, even without saying so, but since this is item five, I'll put it in anyway. Theme: You can't get something for nothing.
