Everyone's Scandal

#Xi Meng and Li Ziyu kiss on set, unfazed by the paparazzi's cameras#

#Xi Meng and Li Ziyu return to their love nest together#

As rumors of Xi Meng and Li Ziyu spread everywhere, the public laughs.

"Give me a break."

"Who's Li Ziyu?"

"A rich young master from the capital's elite circle, a top-tier star, and so good-looking he gets away with anything in show business. He never does couple promotions, and he won't even play along with the cast's publicity stunts."

"And Xi Meng?"

"She used to be a household name, but she's fallen from grace. She's gained weight and lost her youth. She's just a clown who gets attention by cashing in on a deceased comedienne. Old and fat."

"Would a young master who practically radiates 'keep away from me' really fall for her?"

Then the variety show airs.

Looking at the guest stars on the program, there's one rich business tycoon after another, a legendary award-winning actor, plus all sorts of industry bigwigs and middle-aged literary types...

Even Li Ziyu's arrogant older brother and his powerful younger uncle have both been Xi Meng's lovers.

Ignoring the cameras that are still filming, Li Ziyu glares at Xi Meng, his eyes red with jealousy. "How many good older brothers do you have out there?"

Xi Meng guiltily touches her nose. "No more, no more." There are still a few good younger brothers, though.

The public: ???

A faded actress x a top-tier star

A charming older woman x an arrogant young master

A woman adored by all x the Asian Jealousy King

An older-woman/younger-man romance.

There's a reason for the heroine's transformation, but that's a spoiler for now. In the middle and later parts, her career and beauty will return to their peak and rise even higher.

A self-indulgent labor of love, so please don't flame me if it's not your thing.

Theme: Live brilliantly, live passionately.
