After Breaking Up with a Male Celebrity

Zhou Ying had just ended a terrible relationship when she met Jiang Ye, a top-tier star in the rock scene, at a bar. In that heady space of indulgence, smoke, and liquor, everyone was dancing and cheering, swept up in the charisma of the man onstage as he played bass with abandon. Only he noticed Zhou Ying in the crowd: A quiet girl wearing black-rimmed glasses. After the show, countless people swarmed the backstage area, hoping to get his contact information. But he was kissing Zhou Ying passionately in a dim alley behind the bar. One night of passion, the start of a relationship filled with hormones and heartbeats. Zhou Ying thought her luck had finally turned around. She'd just left a loser and met the one. Then, outside a private room at a party, she heard someone say: "The women you've dated before were all gorgeous bombshells, curvy and great at turning you on. But this one... she's way too plain. There's no fun in someone so tame." "Young Master Jiang, are you finally settling down?" Jiang Ye gave a scornful laugh. "It's just for fun." Later... Jiang Ye's eyes were red as he stared at her. "What did you say? Break up? I don't agree!" Zhou Ying pushed her black-rimmed glasses up her nose, looking troubled. "Uh, it was just for fun. Don't tell me you can't take a joke?" P.S. 1. An urban story about desire. No going back to exes. 2. Our girl isn't a plain Jane. The black-rimmed glasses are just one of her looks. More looks will be unlocked later~ 3. A self-indulgent labor of love. Please don't bash it if it's not your thing. Theme: She wants it, she gets it.
