Addiction

Nonins are people with congenital emotional disorders. When they encounter their Stinger, they become unusually agitated, and their hearts race.

In 2020, the medical community officially classified Nonin as a psychiatric condition.

Xia Tian is a Nonin. To keep herself from having an episode, she takes sedatives every day. She'd rather never meet her Stinger.

That is, until she joins IM Corporation and loses control for the first time.

The CEO, Shen Chengwen, is her Stinger...

Xia Tian hesitates for a long time, but ultimately stays for the generous salary. She starts training herself to control her desires, but sees little progress.

As time goes by, her condition actually gets worse.

Just as she's given up and is about to resign, Shen Chengwen appears without a sound.

He stands behind her office chair and wraps his arms around her from behind. His long-fingered hand picks up the resignation letter from the desk. "What, can't keep it up anymore?"

Xia Tian lowers her head, the corners of her eyes turning faintly red.

No matter how many sedatives she takes at once, the moment Shen Chengwen appears, none of them work.

"Then don't keep it up." Shen Chengwen sets down the resignation letter and bends over. The distance between them is far too intimate, and thick with ambiguity. "I'll tell you a secret. Come closer..."

"Do you know how hard I've been trying to hold back?"

The male and female leads are each other's Stinger.
