[Western Crossover] Gotham's Police Chief

Theodore adapted well to his new life. Aside from his high IQ, it seemed transmigrating hadn't given him any other golden fingers. But that was already great. What was wrong with being a child prodigy, then growing up to devote his life to science? Five-year-old Theodore lived in Sweden with his grandparents. At nine, Theodore went to the United States. His parents enrolled him in a high school, where his deskmate was a very socially inept... Sheldon? During a school trip to a museum, Theodore nearly passed out when he saw Captain America. After graduating from university, Theodore went to Gotham and became a police captain. Great. What a peaceful and wonderful life. Theodore leaned against the wall and answered his grandmother's call with an impassive expression. "Everything's fine here. Yes, that's right, it's just someone setting off fireworks. It's nothing, really." "Take good care of yourself. I asked Iron Man for an autograph for you, so don't worry. Yes, okay, goodbye." A black cape suddenly fell silently to the ground. Theodore put away his phone and looked over with quiet silver eyes. "Ready?" "Of course." Gotham's youngest police commissioner reached for the weapon at his waist. "No one gets to hurt our city." The Joker's wild laughter could be heard clearly even across the street. Batman leaped from the rooftop, his cape billowing into the shape of wings in the night.
