Wuxia Stories
The focus is on the jianghu. Court politics may come into play, but they'll be woven together with the jianghu.
Wuxia
Honestly, I haven't read a single one of the original works, but I've learned a lot through fanfiction.
Wuxia
I lean toward no-CP and diverse stories. I want a strong wuxia feel, where the characters don't turn into relationship-obsessed caricatures. Ideally, these aren't other kinds of novels with wuxia sprinkled in as flavoring.
The Ones I Like
These are all books I’ve read. Most of them probably have a protagonist adored by everyone. Why am I limited to 100 books? Seriously.
A Personal Reading Log to Jog My Memory (1)
Mostly BL or no-CP. Mainly keeping track of books, with a few recommendations. Purely subjective, based on my personal tastes. Quite a few have been sitting on my list so long that I've lost interest. Browse with caution.
Derivative Fiction with No CP
Just for myself. The star ratings only reflect my personal preferences.
Court Intrigue, Wuxia, and Power Plays
Mostly historical fantasy settings, though I won't necessarily file them under historical fiction. The focus is on the imperial court and palace. There may be some jianghu or wuxia stories, but the court should make up more of the novel overall.
Powerful Ministers, Corrupt Officials, Eunuchs, and Imperial Guards
All kinds of genres and styles. I'll give a star rating to anything particularly good, and add a ★ (1–3) by hand to the descriptions of my absolute favorites.
Derivative Works Collection
Lots of commanding, B-king-type protagonists. I'll read anything; I'm here for the stories, not following authors. I only add completed works or ones updated occasionally. I'll add ongoing ones once they're finished.
A Wild Mix of Derivative Works
A bit of everything
Good Things Come to Those Who Wait: Fanfiction Edition
Stories I reread all the time. Mostly historical RPF and wuxia fanfiction, with a little bit of Jian Wang 3 and general Western media fanfiction.
Worth Rereading When You’re Out of Books
I've bought every chapter of these books and think they're worth revisiting when you're out of things to read. A variety of pairings, mostly BL and no-CP.
Xiaomi's Reading Diary (Fanfiction, BL)
Personal preferences: male characters who are motherly, female characters who are daddy-like, universally adored protagonists, preferably quick transmigration that isn't a split-personality, reincarnation, or alternate-original-world setup, all kinds of fanfiction, danmei, romance, and no-CP stories, plus kingdom-building and characters being mistaken for something they're not.
Super Delicious Stories, Especially Sandwiches
I love pure-love sandwiches. Both fan works and original works are welcome. Feel free to recommend more sandwich stories. I've also included a few single-couple stories I like, since I couldn't find enough sandwiches.
Harem Protagonists, Beloved by Everyone: Eclectic Picks for Personal Use and Friends
So I'm not a top-mom or a bottom-mom after all. I'm a protagonist-mom! Includes top-focused, bottom-focused, no-CP, danmei, and romance. I like charismatic protagonists. Made this list for a friend.
Comprehensive Wuxia
Some of the comprehensive wuxia novels I've read and thought were pretty good. Most are from the male protagonist's perspective. If you know any good ones, feel free to recommend them to me too. Thanks~
Fully Purchased and Free Reads (BG and No Romance)
This list only includes books I bought in full, at least the entire main story. I left out books I skipped chapters in, as well as some I bought in full but now consider embarrassing relics of my past. There are also a few free books.
Wuxia Stories I've Read (Updated Regularly)
Any orientation! Might include BG, BL, or no pairing. The tag says "Heroes of the World": Lu Xiaofeng, Chu Liuxiang, Xiao Shiyilang, Jin Yong, Gu Long, Su Mengzhen, and the Four Great Constables.
No-CP Novels I've Read
An archive of no-CP stories I personally like
This Just Hits Different: Delicious Bedtime Reads
Mostly fanfiction, with maybe a little original fiction. 90% have no CP, with the occasional animal-themed or child-rearing story. My tastes are all over the place. If it's good, I'll gobble it all up!
Fanfiction and Derivative Works
Mostly Katekyo Hitman Reborn, Bungou Stray Dogs, Detective Conan, and Hunter x Hunter, with fewer Genshin Impact works, plus DC and Marvel and a few other good ones. Mainly BL or no-couple stories.
Wuxia Crossover Recommendations
Some wuxia crossover recommendations. For now, it’s just BG and no-coupling.
Fanfics
I don’t know how to describe my tastes, but I like protagonists who get to shine… maybe. (I’ll add and remove titles from time to time.)
No Romance
All kinds of no-romance stories. The genres may be a little limited: most of the ones I like are quick transmigration and secret identity stories, and mostly fan fiction.

Why! This article ended so suddenly! Why is there no extra story? Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! With this ending, I feel like we can do another 50,000-word extra!
Unbelievable, I flipped through it and found the best (personal version) reservation of the year... Baizhong is such a good baby, I smiled and accepted it! I laughed at Lu Xiaoji's cuteness! Your Majesty is such a dom and has such charming personality, I am so impressed! Sikong Reaching for the Stars also has a unique flavor, which I liked! I also liked all the members of Jin Yiwei, especially Bing Linggen Jueyin and Busy Hirano! But Gong Jiu, how come you are so jealous and angry after eating Shui Lingling until the end? His Majesty was even more angry than when he found out that Pingye had changed the turtle tank. I want it too, I want it too! ! I wish I could go back in time and be the dog of both His Majesty and Baizhong at the same time! ! (Being beaten)... Overall, the plot was so satisfying that it made me soft-hearted. Knowing that Bai Zhong felt particularly safe [biting the handkerchief], from the first moment I saw the introduction, I felt that Bai Zhong was the Queen's hound (Hey! Others don't know, but the writing style and xp of this book hit me hard. I was so happy that I tossed and turned and couldn't sleep. I wonder if there will be an extra chapter in the future. (Wagging my tail) (Wagging my tail)
I finished it again. I love this protagonist so much. He is stupid, upright, strong, clear about right and wrong, polite, and very charismatic [crying] [crying]
Ximen Chuixue, a master who never appeared from beginning to end [dog head]
I really like this article by the author Dada. He arranges major events very cleverly and each character also writes out their unique personality. The good friendship between Lu Xiaofeng and Bai Zhong is heartwarming. Even if Bai Zhong is the best in the world, Lu Xiaoji will still care about whether he is okay. Both of them hold their brothers in their hearts. Bai Zhong really saved many tragedies. Of course, his strength is one aspect, but what is even more valuable is the simple heart behind this strength. The setting of Bai Zhong as a time traveler is really rarely described. Even if there is this setting, it is not a big deal. He has grown up in this world since he was a child and can be regarded as a native resident. It's a pity that this is an old book and there have been no extra chapters for so many years. I want to see some of the interactions between Gong Jiu and Honest Bai Zhonghaha, it feels very interesting. I also want to see the happy reunion atmosphere where everyone happily eats, drinks and makes fun of each other after solving the big incident. I also want to see the extra episode with a modern background! Bai Zhong is a college student, and he usually takes on security jobs to make money. His boss is the emperor, until one day he was pestered by Gong Jiu after work! Lu Xiaoji will take Bai Zhong to eat the most delicious barbecue nearby. Then Bai Zhong was involved in various corporate (gang) conflicts with his friends!
It smells so good, I really want to see the emperor and the puppy fall in love, oooooooooo
Goddess. . I couldn't bear to watch it. The thought that it was over and there was no extra episode made me feel prickly. . [Crying] [waving hands]
Are there any similar cute protagonists who are stupid and strong? I still want to see them! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! [Love eyes]
After finishing the second brush, it was really delicious. It would be great if there was a sequel...
I stumbled across this article and found a treasure! I'm still not satisfied after watching it, and I always feel that there should be several more movies like this. .
