[Jujutsu Kaisen] My Blind Date Is Nanami

[I accidentally launched this as a new story instead of a prerelease. I'll fill it in as a short story when I have time.]

"My name is Nanami Kento. I'm 27 years old, and I live at..."

"...Um, sorry." I couldn't help interrupting my blind date's recitation. "My stomach hurts a little. Could you give me a moment to recover, Mr. Nanami?"

I'd just broken up with my ex-boyfriend, who had nearly broken me, too. I silently took back my first impression that the man across from me "seemed kind of reliable" and decisively added him to my list of candidates to keep under observation.

Over the next half hour, I learned that my blind date was a diligent working professional, kept a very regular schedule, hated working overtime, and liked the sandwiches sold at a bakery on the next street.

Then I excused myself to use the restroom, pulled out my phone, and called the old gentleman who had arranged this date for me. "Mr. Joestar, are you sure your old friend's grandson doesn't have a criminal record?"

"...What?"

"I think he might be a hidden psychopathic murderer, just like my ex-boyfriend."

"..."

A month later, after I accidentally witnessed my blind date's dashing, take-charge side and joined him in beating up a repulsive, handsome man with a stitched-up face, I, a former heir to an onmyoji family and now a free-spirited wanderer with an interesting soul, met his eyes and let out a heartfelt sigh of professional kinship.

"Onmyoji are shit!" / "Jujutsu sorcerers are shit!"

"...Huh?"

1. As you can see, Nanami is too gentle, so I'm going to write him as my love interest.

2. My ex-boyfriend is Kira Yoshikage. Inspiration came from Nanami buying bread, pfft.

Theme: If you're going on a blind date, be extremely careful, and watch out for scumbags and perverts!
