She's a Sweet Girl

Before she turned twenty-seven,

Lin Xi, a self-proclaimed expert at playing the field,

flirted with girls of every kind,

with a built-in debuff that kept her from ever falling in love.

At twenty-seven,

she met the sweet, top-student Zhu Xiaoyu

and fell for her clear eyes.

But Zhu Xiaoyu still managed to trick her.

A time machine

sends them hurtling thirty years into the future.

Faced with a bizarre new world,

Lin Xi, struggling to survive, is stunned.

She thinks, damn it all,

but puts on a cute act for the younger girl: "We've slept together, so we're practically family. How about taking me home?"

When she was five,

Zhu Xiaoyu was almost abandoned at an amusement park.

Luckily, an older girl helped her.

Before they parted, the girl said, "I want to see the future."

At twenty,

Zhu Xiaoyu's time machine was missing a power source. That was how she met Lin Xi.

After two months of unrequited love, she lost Lin Xi to someone who shared her bed.

She left without looking back.

The time machine started up.

Before Zhu Xiaoyu left, it had already taken her to the future.

So Lin Xi didn't know

that Zhu Xiaoyu had seen their ending long ago.

"If we're destined to be tangled up together, I'll wait for you to turn back to me."
