Burning Blossoms, Scarring the Bones

This is the story of me and my first love, who passed away.

Ten years ago

My first love, still in high school, suddenly jumped from a tall building.

That day's sun was like a blazing inferno.

When flesh and bone hit the ground, they shattered, blooming into a blood-red flower.

I couldn't even cry.

Ten years later

My first love, who had been dead, appeared beside me again as a ghost.

With him came the truth about his death ten years ago.

This is a love story that was destined to be a tragedy from the start, with a little suspense and a little heartbreak. This is my first attempt at writing danmei. The whole story will be under 150,000 characters, and it should end fairly quickly. It's a short little story.

Gentle, capable shou x clumsy, silly, determined gong

Warnings:

The gong will eventually start a new life, forget his pain, and move forward.

I originally planned to publish this as a Japanese web novel, so it has a light-novel feel. Please bear with me; I'm already revising it!

Theme: Move toward the light
