After Chuuya Tore Up the Script [Bungo Stray Dogs Crossover]

Reborn on the day before the former boss Dazai jumped to his death, the leader who had ruled the Port Mafia for twenty years, and had been left with nothing but divinity at the end of his life after fate pushed him along, smiled. He was going to give that bastard Dazai Osamu a grand gift. So, when fate arrived and Dazai Osamu was leaning against the rooftop railing, just about to throw himself off, Nakahara Chuuya suddenly appeared. Still dressed in his most □□ outfit, Nakahara Chuuya looked calm, a smile playing at the corners of his mouth. Chuuya: “I’m not here to stop you.” “Before you jump, hear me out.” “Dazai Osamu, the Port Mafia isn’t some tool to be used and discarded, and the people here aren’t props for you to arrange as you please.” “Nothing in this world comes that cheap.” “So, Dazai, I curse you: you will always be one step away from death.” Nakahara Chuuya pushed Dazai Osamu off the roof with his own hands. He stood atop the building, watching the other man fall like a bird with broken wings. He was still smiling, his expression neither sorrowful nor joyful. His shattered body remade itself with every breath. Dazai Osamu, rejected by death, sat beneath the Port Mafia building and answered a phone call full of sobs. “Boss! Executive Nakahara... he died in the line of duty.” Dazai Osamu’s endless life was filled with madness. He could not tell whether it was because the one person in his only world was lost to him forever, or because his life could never fade away under that person’s curse. Chuuya: Want to die? Hah, there’s no way I’m letting a stinking mackerel sully my eternal resting place! Is that too much? You’re the one I hate. Dazai Osamu, I really do hate you the most.
