The Substitute Consort and the Dragon

Yang Ling transmigrates into a fantasy world where monsters roam everywhere.

He goes from an overworked office drone to a sheep, then in the blink of an eye becomes the dim-witted eldest son of a general. He takes the place of his sickly cousin and marries Long Jiuyin, the notorious Ninth Prince.

His husband is handsome, rich, and powerful in spiritual cultivation. He is also fiercely protective, turning anyone who tries to hurt Yang Ling into fertilizer with a wave of his hand.

Before long, he even ascends to the throne of the Dragon Lord.

With Long Jiuyin's protection, Yang Ling quickly rises to the position of empress. He only wants to eat grass, feed pigs, and take it easy, but the dragon visits every day, and after taking the throne, he is already acting like a tyrant.

Yang Ling: I want to eat grass.

Long Jiuyin: Dragon meat is highly nourishing. Eat it.

Yang Ling: I want to feed the pigs.

Long Jiuyin: I have been hungry for far too long. Feed me.

Not long afterward, Yang Ling feels his round belly and looks at his body, which has become strangely unfamiliar. Confused and despairing, he cries, "Oh my god, why can men get pregnant in this world?!"

Long Jiuyin carefully gathers him in his arms and gently strokes his back, his expression unusually tender. "Be good, little baa. Don't be angry. It's all my fault. Don't hurt yourself. I'll take good care of the baby."

Later...

Yang Ling: I don't believe a word you say, you big goose! The baby's this big already, and you're still fighting them for a drink!
