[Bungo Stray Dogs] Death Will Not Part Us

I came to Yokohama to write detective novels. Someone told me that Yokohama was home to the greatest detective in all of Japan, perhaps even the world, who could solve any case in sixty seconds. I thought he would make the perfect subject for my research. But I never expected that meeting someone else would make me stay in this city forever. "Fated to die at the hands of the person you love." I always thought that sounded more like a blessing than a curse. Because it meant I would first have someone I loved. That was a wonderful thing. But when I truly fell in love with that person, I regretted it. Reading notes: * I wrote this short story as a change of pace while working on the Alice manuscript. It's expected to be around 50,000 to 80,000 words. Updates will be sporadic, and I may not finish it. * As the category suggests, this is probably a BE that I think is quite satisfying, but you'll curse me for. * The heroine narrates in first person, everyone else in third person. Pairing: Armed Detective Agency Dazai. That's all. Theme: A tragic story that's actually pretty sweet?
