Also known as The Legend of the Planes: The Wonder Stall That Appears at Random
A post-apocalyptic world ravaged by disasters and overrun with monsters.
The survivors lower their voices. "Have you heard? A 'supply point' sometimes appears in Ruins X. The water they sell is clean, the food isn't expired, but the owner is as skinny as a ghost."
Meanwhile, Qing Yan coughs up blood while arranging the shelves, then gives an S-rank man-eating flower a professional smile. "One bottle of mineral water. That'll be three gray crystals. Thank you for shopping."
On the edge of a battlefield engulfed in smoke from the war between immortals and demons.
An injured sword cultivator whispers to his companion. "Three li southeast, a 'secret-realm shop' appeared out of nowhere just now. It had an item called a 'water-absorbing towel.' It was thin as a sheet, yet it could absorb an incredible amount of filthy blood and demonic energy. It truly is a battlefield healing treasure!"
Meanwhile, Qing Yan quietly puts away the product that's been misunderstood and pitches something to the demon lord, who stares at her in shock. "Want some hotpot base? It's a healing treasure in the literal sense. Spicy food drives out evil."
In a treasure-filled valley where a giant dragon hoards mountains of gold coins.
The young dragons whisper among themselves. "Father said that if we see a glowing 'stone house' appear out of nowhere, we have to tell him at once! Last time, the two-legged beast inside traded a black stone called 'chocolate' for three of his century-old dragon-tear crystals!"
Meanwhile, Qing Yan looks at the rapidly growing lifespan balance in her account and tries to stay calm. "Hello. We're temporarily out of chocolate, but we've just restocked some super-crunchy potato chips, a hit with dragons. Would you like to try some?"
No one knows where she comes from, when she appears, or when she vanishes.
They only know that her stall is always stocked with the strangest goods, her prices are sometimes high and sometimes low, and though the owner seems frail, no one dares provoke her.
More than that, they know that finding her might mean finding a way to survive, a fortuitous opportunity, or a surprise unlike anything their world has ever seen.
A day in the life of stall owner Qing Yan:
Randomly appear in a world (System: This time it's an insectoid queen's nest. Good luck).
Set out the "ordinary" goods brought from her home world inside an absolutely safe force field.
Watch the local creatures take a keen interest in or seriously misunderstand items like instant noodles, flashlights, and heat patches.
Do her best to sell, accepting any energy-containing items (crystal cores, spirit stones, dragon scales, and so on) in exchange for precious lifespan.
Lifespan +1 day, +10 days, +100 days... Huh? Does her body hurt a little less now?!
When time is up, vanish into thin air with her stall, watched by her reluctant customers, human-shaped or otherwise.
Until one day...
The oldest scripture in the cultivation world gains a new entry:
"Should you encounter the 'Wonder Stall Owner Who Appears at Random,' treat her with the highest honors. Though the goods she sells may seem unremarkable, they are sure to contain a great opportunity, and may even change your fate."
