[I'll leave this here and write it later.]
Yun Xia is transported into a novel as a doomed female supporting character. She plans to stay away from the original leads and keep herself alive, but discovers that the Flowerfolk on this continent aren't at all what she expected.
They have a long and distinguished history, yet are slandered as having excessive imaginations?
Their historical records contain countless delicacies, yet other races mock them as a "culinary wasteland" because their recipes have been lost?
They have remarkable skills, yet their small population leaves them oppressed and branded an inferior race?
Worst of all, every neighboring race wants to take a bite out of them and make the Flowerfolk their vassals!
In the original story, the mixed-blood male lead eventually "leads" the Flowerfolk to join the largest race and "march toward a bright future."
Yun Xia feels absolutely sick!
A lost history? A culinary wasteland? Inferior bloodlines?
None of that is a problem!
Range is truth, and caliber is justice.
Later, Yun Xia stands atop the "Heavenly Punishment," looking down at the envoys from every race.
"The Flowerfolk have a long history, and our cuisine is the best in the world." The envoy from the He race bows his proud head.
"The Flowerfolk have been our suzerain race for many years." The envoy from the Bang race bows and rubs his hands together with a fawning smile.
"The Flowerfolk are our best neighbors, our best big brothers!" The envoy from the Zhi race hurries to declare.
"The Flowerfolk are number one, and we're number two!" The envoy from the Po race smiles ingratiatingly.
That day, the Flowerfolk stood proudly on this land, their hearts brimming with passion and their eyes brimming with tears!
That same day, dazzling sunlight tore through layer upon layer of clouds. Amid a sea of golden light, the Flowerfolk, who had thought they were the last of their kind, saw a dense swarm of airships appear, bearing familiar flags.
Mother Flowerfolk had come to take them home!
Yun Xia: ???
It turned out that the pitiful little cabbages she'd imagined were backed by some seriously powerful bigwigs!
Now that someone else was taking care of the little cabbages, she could just lie back and coast, right?
But why were all these scientists crowding around her, rubbing their hands together, their eyes shining as if she were some priceless treasure?
[The author's note below↓↓↓]
This has nothing to do with reality, nothing to do with reality, nothing to do with reality!
A wish-fulfillment novel. I'll do my best to make the logic hold together. If it doesn't, feel free to call the characters idiots, but don't curse at the author or I'll get scary. I'll drop to my knees and apologize, because I'm just that timid.
I wrote this for my own enjoyment, and I definitely had fun writing it. Whether you'll enjoy it or not, it's just a novel, so don't make things hard on yourself.
Theme: Those who fall behind will be bullied. Only by growing stronger can we stand on our own!
