Miyauchi Rei is a strange hitman.
He ranks second on the world's hitman leaderboard, just behind Haru's Rainbow Children. Yet for all sorts of reasons, he can never bring his full strength to bear, making him a source of endless amusement for the Mafia.
For example, one day when he went to assassinate the tenth Vongola boss, he completely lost his mind.
