I Don't Want This Disciple Anymore [Reborn]

One-sentence summary: Trying hard to distance himself from his disciple.

After Su Ye transmigrated into a book and was reborn, he picked up a glowing stone.

They say monkeys can leap out of stones, but his stone produced a baby called Bai Zhu.

As it happened, he recognized Bai Zhu: wasn't he the villain in the book?

So Su Ye raised him, planning to curry favor with him later. If he couldn't get close to the protagonist, the villain would do just as well.

But the longer he raised him, the more familiar the child seemed. Damn it, he'd raised the wrong person: he'd brought up his enemy.

Su Ye, mortified: I raised the wrong person. Can I apply to be reborn one more time?

Bai Zhu: Master, hold me.

Later, a sect of immortals came to take Bai Zhu away.

Su Ye, overwhelmed with gratitude: Hurry up and take him. Don't get in the way of me finding a chance to be reborn.

But the fool came back the next day, having stolen the sect's most precious treasure and injured its fellow cultivators.

Looking at the sect members who had come to demand compensation, Su Ye cried as he dug out the retirement money he'd kept hidden away: How much do I have to pay...

They say raising a disciple means they'll take care of you in your old age. Su Ye raised a disciple and not only lost money, but himself as well. He can't keep this disciple.
