Detective Conan/JoJo: Anna Just Wants a Quiet Life

Xihua Anna, originally named Anna Bucciarati, is an ordinary Italian exchange student with blonde twin braids and glasses.

She's 17 this year, has been in Japan for five years, and is a second-year student at Mihua High School as well as the manager of the karate club.

Her grades are consistently third in her class. Whether it comes to her looks, personality, or participation in group activities, she has never stood out.

I thought my life would carry on peacefully, like a plant growing without any dramatic ups and downs, until

"According to the agreement between the Organization and Passione, we're required to look after you after you get into trouble."

Gin, don't come near me!

"Of course I'll keep your identity secret. This isn't a threat, but I hope you'll help me save one last person."

You jerk, Akai! That is absolutely a threat! Last time, and the time before that, you said it was the last time too!

And then.

"I saw you give the FBI a real dressing-down earlier. I hear you trust the Japanese police?"

"Yeah, everyone in the First Investigative Division is really nice." She changed tack. "But the Japanese Public Security Bureau is the worst! Especially that cop in Public Security named Kazami Yuuya. He's my lifelong psychological trauma!"

What's with the ellipsis? Keep your subordinates in line!

· Pairing: Amuro Tooru. I wrote this for Tooru, with no competing love interests and no love triangle.

· It might have that old-school Mary Sue vibe. The last time I wrote Detective Conan fanfiction was ten years ago, after all. [scratches head]

· Mainly Detective Conan, set ten years after JO5. Characters from JO will be explained in detail when they appear, so you can follow the story even if you haven't read it.

· Anna has a tragic backstory and a special ability. She's a terrible fighter but has powerful connections, and won't confront the Organization directly.

· The heroine's values don't align with Conan's. She has no interest in fighting crime and only wants a peaceful life.
