HP: The Tenant at Number 12 Grimmauld Place

The peeling walls of an old house, a porcelain sink faucet that won't stop dripping, and a poached chicken that keeps changing places in the kitchen.

A ghost story begins, but the ghost turns out to be a shameless old man.

Oh, and he's a virgin, too.

Cynthia, may I ask the heavens: is it too late to check out now?

"There aren't only good people and Death Eaters in the world. We all have light and darkness within us. What matters is the choices we make. That's what truly defines us."

A lone wolf wandering through the dark,

Finding you

Is the only light I have.

[Reader's Guide]

1. This story begins at the end of the original fifth-year plot. The heroine's and hero's perspectives switch at random, with occasional surprise perspectives from other characters. The original main plot is retained as much as possible, while the side stories are entirely made up for fun.

2. One-on-one romance, both leads have no prior romantic or sexual experience.

3. Irregular updates.

4. Lots of original headcanons and wild ideas. Proceed with caution, and don't read if that's not your thing.

5. Age gap. Proceed with caution, and don't read if that's not your thing.

6. Feel free to leave suggestions for all kinds of food. They might appear as a fun food feature in a weekly chapter.

7. Dobby has the final say on all things magical. Uh, Kreacher holds a 20% stake in that authority.
