The Death of a Toy

Currently drafting this story, 4/12 Story blurb: (Please read the author's warning before reading: this is an old-school story.) Zhou Jiaoyang is an orphan. At six, she is adopted by a wealthy man and sent to a frail, gloomy little boy in a wheelchair. "Hello, my new toy." Author's warnings: 1. The male lead is a lunatic, and the female lead is ruthless. Neither is a good person, and neither will be redeemed. 2. All the classic over-the-top tropes are here: the groveling ex and forced possession. 3. If you can handle scumbags, angst, and non-purity, come on in. If it's not for you, leave in time. 4. The plot serves the characters. Everything is for the sake of the story. 5. This is written specifically for readers who enjoy this kind of story. If you don't, please stay away. Another completed story in this vein:
