The Alpha Rival's Inner Thoughts Don't Sound Right

A poor scholarship student who turns from Alpha to Omega, with a short-tempered uke x a noble-born S-class Alpha narcissistic seme After enrolling at an elite high school, S-class Alpha Yu Ji couldn't stand Bai Ran, the Alpha campus heartthrob from a wealthy family who was the talk of the school. Bai Ran seemed to dislike him too. They were always bickering and fighting. But nearly everyone around them fawned over Bai Ran, saying he had a good personality, was handsome, and had money. The more Yu Ji looked at him, the more irritating he seemed. Yu Ji gritted his teeth and privately decided that Bai Ran absolutely couldn't stand him either. Then an accident happened. After a car crash, Yu Ji unexpectedly awakened the ability to read minds. He'd only just woken up when he heard Bai Ran's thoughts outside the door: [Holy crap, who hit my wife!?] Yu Ji: ? Bai Ran strolls in with a casual expression and sneers at him. "Don't you know to look at the traffic lights before crossing? Are you stupid?" Then the thoughts ring out again: [Oh, my wife looks so pitiful and cute. Yu Ji, you're my wife, kiss-kiss.] Yu Ji: ?!?! Yu Ji leaps up, and in his overwhelming terror, punches Bai Ran right in the face! Their classmates, who came along: ?! * Before one thing has settled, another comes along. Before Yu Ji is discharged, the doctor drops another bombshell: "The impact from the car crash may have caused you to undergo a second differentiation. You've now become an OMEGA." Yu Ji: "..." Yu Ji is stunned. Yu Ji's entire worldview is being rebuilt. Yu Ji walks out of the hospital and runs into Bai Ran. Yu Ji stuffs his medical records and suppressants into his backpack in a panic. But before long, all the suppressants stop working on him. The doctor says Yu Ji's case is unusual. Omega suppressants have no effect on him, and he can't even smell any Alphas' pheromones. His heat comes on fiercely. When Yu Ji is burning with discomfort, he suddenly realizes... Bai Ran is the only one whose pheromones are strong and clear, and they can quickly calm him down. After realizing this and agonizing over it for days, Yu Ji grabs Bai Ran by the neck and drags him into the restroom. Yu Ji glares at him. "Mark me."
