[Genshin Impact] My Vacation in Teyvat, and an Unexpected Journey

[It's been exactly seven months since I started this story, and I've only written 160,000 words. Compared with my previous novel (sigh), I guess it's all the fault of school and work! (shouting)]

Qing Lan is an outstanding card maker. Guided by her card spirit partner, she travels through various worlds, all to achieve her goal: to enjoy the show up close and collect more special cards.

One day, after leaving behind a detective world filled with intrigue, betrayal, and gunfire, Qing Lan decides to take a proper break and visits the peaceful land of Teyvat.

Qing Lan lands in Mondstadt. (Hands on hips): Great! Green mountains and clear waters, sunny skies, calm and peaceful, with people getting along harmoniously. This is a great place to retire (?).

As soon as Qing Lan finishes speaking, a Stormterror flies overhead, whipping up a gust that kicks dust off the ground and blows it right into her face.

Qing Lan: ...Damn it, do you have to disrespect me like that?

Just as Qing Lan angrily pulls out her weapon to go pick a fight with that dragon, a golden-haired girl appears out of nowhere and drives Stormterror away with her pet companion.

Qing Lan, weapon already drawn: ...This world really is out to get me, isn't it?

There are a few bumps at first, but Qing Lan eventually opens her traveling card-making shop.

Qing Lan can't understand why her card shop, which wasn't popular in other worlds, is such a hit here. Every day, people shout incomprehensible things like, "Let me see your deck!" But for the sake of all the Mora she's earning, Qing Lan holds back her fist and benevolently forgives those strange people.

Making those so-called Genius Invokation TCG cards brings Qing Lan huge profits, but this busy yet peaceful life begins to feel a little dull.

So when the legendary Mondstadt Knight of Favonius' Honorary Knight and honored guest of the Liyue Qixing, a golden-haired girl from another world just like her, and her pet companion stand before her and invite her on an adventure, she happily accepts.

Lumine (pulling out the Genius Invokation TCG): Before we set off, let's have an exciting game of Genius Invokation TCG!

Qing Lan (exasperated): Hey! Are you a card game addict too?

This story is also known as "Everyone Loves Genius Invokation TCG" (?). Actually, it doesn't have much to do with Genius Invokation TCG. The protagonist's card-making ability is also related to how she uses her powers.

The blurb has been extensively rewritten. Some important details, like the heroine's character and the timeline, haven't changed, but almost everything else has.

Qing Lan and Lumine team up after the Liyue main story. After finding Qing Lan, Lumine goes to find Dainsleif. Um, I don't think there are any other notes. I'll add more if I think of anything.

Paimon draws out the suspense in response to Aether's question, then says in a flowery way she must have heard somewhere:

"Her? You'll understand when you meet her. She's the moon protected by a knight."

2. Flora is a nickname for Flora Mena. Flora is the name of the Greek goddess of flowers, as well as a variety of wine grape.

3. Flora Mena and Diluc are childhood friends. She's Diluc's child bride (self-appointed) (nods with conviction).

"[Genshin Impact] The Nonexistent Tenth Harbinger" (upcoming)

Before Arlecchino joined the Fatui and became the Tenth Harbinger, "The Knave," she was a homeless, wandering orphan. Then the Tsaritsa took notice of her, and she joined the Fatui as a Harbinger to serve the Tsaritsa.

But nobody knows that the Tenth Harbinger, "The Knave," has actually been two people from the very beginning.

"Hm? Big Sister is happy today, too. Lots of people wanted to play with her, so don't worry about her, Arle."

A black-haired, blue-eyed girl smiles sweetly, angelic as can be. With her hands behind her back, she says this to her worried little sister.

Behind her, around the corner, lies a hellish scene of blood and gore, and blood is still dripping from her hands.

Arlecchino sees the bloodstains all over the ground behind her, but ignores them. Her eyes and heart have room only for the sister she depends on and the Tsaritsa she has sworn to serve.

Hearing her sister's words, she smiles happily too.

Notes before reading:

1. "Big Sister" and Arlecchino aren't related by blood, but they are each other's most important person.

2. They are both sister-obsessed, in a somewhat twisted relationship.

3. The heroine looks like a little angel but is unconsciously a walking pool of black mud. She has high intelligence and charisma but low combat ability and agility, and has survived by relying on her brains and charm. Her childhood experiences have left her values somewhat warped.

4. The heroine's real name isn't Randel. Randel is her codename.

5. Randel is also known as the Cherub.

6. The heroine's values don't reflect the author's. I just wanted to have fun writing an unwittingly sinister heroine (?).

7. The logic has been eaten by me. Don't worry about it, and no need to tell me if you drop the story.

Deloria, the God of Nature, wields the powers of nature and creation.

She was born beside the wind barrier on the snowy plains and became friends with Decarabian, the God of the Whirling Wind. They danced across the snowfields, hoping to bring life to the creatures there. Sadly, the snow was too deep, and the fragile seedlings withered before they could break through. So, in search of new hope, she left the snowy plains and her dear friend.

After that, she went to Guili Assembly and met Morax, the Geo Archon. They made a pact, and she lent him her aid, sharing in the victory of the Archon War as an ally. But when the war in Liyue ended, the land was left in ruins.

The gods love people, and she loves every living thing on this land.

In the end, for the sake of the living things on this land and to restore its vitality, she tended the ley lines until her power was exhausted. She fell into a deep sleep before the other members of The Seven were chosen, and remained asleep until a traveler from another world and her companion triggered a mechanism, awakening her once more...

Ah, all of the above is the backstory for my original character, which I came up with after burning through billions of brain cells and staying up all night. To avoid ending up in a situation where I go to a convention and accidentally COSplay into another world, I decided to COS as my original character. But I never imagined that COSing as my original character could send me to another world too! Somebody help me!

When I opened my eyes in the darkness, just as expected, I had become the original character I was COSing as and transmigrated to Teyvat during the Archon War. But why am I on the snowy plains?! Can't I choose when I arrive? Mingguan Gorge is so far from Guili Plains! How am I supposed to get close to the Geo Archon?! Damn it! QAQ
