One night, a fierce blizzard collapsed the house he and Qin Que had shared. When the villagers found it the next day, all they could retrieve from the ruins was Qin Que's already-cold body. In a daze, Chi Huaiqiu walked to Qin Que's grave and sat there all night. When the sky began to lighten, he had just stood up when his vision went black and he collapsed. · When he opened his eyes again, Chi Huaiqiu found himself back on the day he had left the village. Silly Qin Que was standing right in front of him, alive and well, clutching his hand and asking, "Qiuqiu, could you please not go?" Chi Huaiqiu's eyes reddened. In his previous life, he had pulled his hand away from Qin Que, but he wouldn't do that again. This time, he clasped Qin Que's hand tightly. "I have to go, but we'll go together, okay?"
