The Zoo's Plan to Save the Earth

Mu Feng, an immortal tasked with guarding the Beast Garden on Kunlun Mountain, woke from meditation to find that all the other immortals and attendants had vanished. Even the celestial palace had been moved away, leaving only a vegetable patch and half a beast garden.

Feeling the spiritual energy around him running dry, he realized he'd slept for more than a thousand years. The world had entered the interstellar age, and Earth was such a pathetic runt that no one would even take it as a junior partner.

To feed a pack of hungry spirit beasts, he bought a computer and started livestreaming their care, setting out on the road to wealth.

Viewer A: Your dog is so well-behaved, streamer~ Holy crap, why is it breathing fire?!

Viewer B: Do you have a license to raise dangerous beasts? Do you know you're openly violating the Interstellar Convention?

Viewer C: Heh, what kind of freakish creatures are these pets in this livestream? They're ugly and fierce.

Mu Feng quietly saved up money, then opened the Beast Garden. Which spirit beast should I wake up today? How about a divine beast, to show you the profound brilliance of Chinese mythology?

Later...

Fan A: Where's that handsome, adorable little wolf who can breathe fire?

Fan B: I officially denounce the Senate. Why didn't they extradite the streamer to our planet back then?

Fan C: I'm going to take a hit of that pretty little fox, then another of the adorable Feifei. There's a luanniao over there too, its feathers are so beautiful! I'm dead!!

Earth's Congress: The interstellar 5A tourist attraction, Kunlun Celestial Wonderland Zoo, is now selling tickets. Entry is limited to 100 visitors a day. Residents of planets that don't support Earth's entry into the Interstellar Alliance are ineligible to buy tickets.

The people of the interstellar worlds, looking at their own congresses and royal families: If you won't let us pet adorable and fierce beasts, do you still expect us to support you?

Theme: Protecting the environment is everyone's responsibility.
