Then one day, the young man stood beside him, smoking and smiling as he asked, "Hey, brat, want to leave this place with me?" But he still let go of Dazai's hand and left him in the train car bound for Yokohama. Through the glass, he flashed a bold grin. "Go on ahead and wait for me. I'll definitely come." -- [Suribachi City Arc] Nakahara was someone Kitahara Takuya had picked up. He thought they could keep supporting each other and live like this forever. Until he saw that man lying in a pool of blood, and his dream shattered. In the pouring rain, the red-haired boy's trembling hands tried to staunch the blood flowing from the other's wound. "Don't look so sad, Chuuya." The young man's face grew paler, but he calmly stroked Chuuya's head. "If you don't know what to protect, then go find it." After he completed the missions, the System told him that if he handed over the memories from his earlier missions, he would regain the memories he had lost at the very beginning. But Kitahara Takuya refused. With no other choice, the System sealed his memories and sent him into that world once again. And so, Kitahara Takuya, now without his memories, returned to that world once more and became a member of the Port Mafia.
