[Football] After My Teammate Took an Interest in Me

As a gifted young talent in Manchester City's academy, Nordvik is green with envy of the first team's forwards. He says to the academy coach in a shameless, wheedling tone: If I can't receive De Bruyne's passes on the pitch, I'll tear every last one of my good qualities to shreds! Academy coach: The Belgians are in beautiful spirits today, as always... * After a car accident, Nordvik transmigrates into a young academy player at Belgian club Genk. He gazes at the youthful face of his childhood idol and is overjoyed. This is great. He looks easy to fool. :) Nordvik asks earnestly: Buddy, want to be the assist king? Fifteen-year-old Kevin De Bruyne: Huh? Yeah, I do! * From that day on, Kevin has a partner who seems to read his mind. On the pitch, the other boy always understands where Kevin is going with his passes and runs into just the right position to receive them, often catching the opposition off guard. Most importantly, Nordvik can get the ball into the other team's goal. Kevin, pleased: This forward's got something! * After the match. Watching Nordvik sneak into his bed like a guilty puppy, Kevin feels like something isn't quite right. Not sure. Better keep watching. * Later... Kevin, who has been devoured along with all the chances he created, curses furiously: Nordvik Bertrand! Get the hell off my bed! -Extra scene 1 Kevin, who doesn't feel like talking: That's enough of this crap for today... Hm? There's an opening? Pass it. Nordvik, eyes shining: A chance! I'll gobble it up! The opposing defender panics: Damn it! Stay away from me! -Extra scene 2 Nordvik, having gotten what he wanted, says boldly: Teammates are teammates, you know. Teammates can't become wives. If they become your wife, then you can't hug them without a care, roll around on the grass, or hold them in your arms... If your teammate becomes your wife, all you can do is pin him to the bed and kiss him, and do even worse things. So a teammate can only be your wife... Oh, no, I mean, your wife can only be your teammate... Sorry, I mean... On his first day at work, he deliberately walks around in front of him with his shirt off. Annoying. On his second day, the man actually slips him a note with his contact information. What a weirdo. On his third day, the Pole drives across the city early in the morning to pick him up for training, claiming it's on his way. Makes no sense. * What Reus doesn't know is that in another world, in Barcelona, this cold-blooded mercenary of the football world often lies awake all night. At three in the morning, Lewandowski remembers the happiest times of his life, Reus's face filling his melancholy gray-blue eyes. * Fortunately, someone finally gets the chance to start over. * The Dortmund players: Covering for the lovebirds is exhausting.
