Time and Love Will Not Let You Down

Up next: A Confession Too Late

On her eighteenth birthday, she is betrayed by both her older sister and her fiance, and flees overseas for seven years.

Seven years later, she returns home and meets Zhou Yuchen, the most handsome cop in the world.

To reclaim everything that belongs to her and uncover the truth about her mother's death, she impulsively marries him.

She thought he was a cold, abstinent ice prince, but after they marry, he can't get enough of her.

One day, after learning the truth, he angrily pins her against a wall. "Did you marry me just to get your shares back?"

She nods. His eyes redden. "So it could have been anyone?"

Gong Ling is just about to deny it when a divorce certificate shuts her down. Men really are impossible to rely on.

A few months later, at an awards ceremony, he sees her with a baby bump and demands, his eyes bloodshot with fury, "Is the baby mine?"

"No. It's mine."

In the end, he gives in. "Will you marry me again?"

Her ex-boyfriend, now her brother-in-law, also pursues her relentlessly.

"Xiao Ling, your sister and I are divorced. I still love you. Can we get back together?"

After going around in circles, Gong Ling finally realizes that her relationship with her ex-boyfriend had been a misunderstanding from the start.

Zhou Yuchen is the one who truly belongs in her life.
