Farming with Technology in the Wasteland

At 26, Shao Xu was diagnosed with terminal cancer. There was no hope for him. He hurriedly quit his job and sold his house, planning to go wild before he died. Before the fun could even begin, an alien life-form fell from the sky and crashed into his body. The alien spoke: "My core has merged with you. From now on, we will share a body." Shao Nian, dazed and confused, thought: Am I really this sick? Now I'm hearing things. The alien said, "Your genetic grade is too low. Your genes need enhancement, and your body needs modification." Shao Nian wiped his face. This doesn't sound like a hallucination. Could the shock have made me schizophrenic? The alien said, "After modification, your physical abilities will increase by 0.3 to 6 times, and your cancer will be cured." Shao Nian closed his eyes. Hah, anything can happen in a dream. When he woke, Shao Nian discovered that he really did seem to be cured. He was energetic and full of vigor, with seemingly endless strength. After a trip to the hospital to get his latest test results, Shao Nian looked at the money from selling his house in his bank account and the email from his boss approving his resignation. He laughed and cried, acting like a madman and scaring away the property management worker who had come to collect the water bill. Once he had pulled himself together, Shao Nian planned to buy another house and talk to his boss about whether there was any chance of going back to work. But then the alien spoke again. It said the apocalypse was coming, and told him to hurry to the countryside, claim a plot of land, and start farming. Content warnings: 1. The protagonist is the receiving partner, one-on-one romance. Not a zombie apocalypse, but a wasteland farming story. 2. The alien lives in the protagonist's body. They coexist and will not separate, even by the end. 3. Very satisfying, extremely satisfying, with no special powers. 4. There will probably be childbirth, written in the extras. 5. More to be added as I think of it. Core theme: Strive to improve, never give up, and always keep a kind heart
