The Confusion of Being Heaven's Will

Everyone goes through life following the rules. Many things determine whether a person can succeed: knowledge, wealth, opportunity, and above all, fate.

Taken together, people call it Heaven, or the Heavenly Dao.

People say the Heavenly Dao is heartless. Some even try to defy heaven to break through so-called shackles. Little do they know that everything they do is permitted by the Heavenly Dao. What they believe is liberation is simply another life arranged for them.

Some people congratulate themselves, while others see through the secret of fate and angrily denounce the Heavenly Dao as unjust.

The Heavenly Dao is baffled. It doesn't understand why people call it unjust. All things in the world have rules best suited to their growth. These rules were established by the Heavenly Dao and form the foundation that keeps the entire world running.

But people resent these rules so much that they create great resentment, sullying them. So the Heavenly Dao, not even one hundred million years old, sought advice from elders in other worlds and decided to take on countless forms among all living things, so it could understand the thoughts and feelings of the creatures it had created.

This is the story of a child (?) less than one hundred million years old, who takes on countless forms and travels through the mortal world to find answers to its questions. Sometimes it also visits elders in other worlds (?).

There are a few people who are charmed by the protagonist, especially in its own world, the first world. After all, it's the source of that world, so all the beings nurtured by it are drawn to it. But it isn't exactly a universal charmer, just a little bit~

It's sort of an unconventional quick transmigration story.

The Heavenly Dao has no gender. The forms it takes in the mortal world are simply better suited for walking among humans.

The Heavenly Dao is still a child and has no human emotions, so it may seem cold and heartless. But it's a good child, and everything it does is in accordance with the Dao of this world.

This is just an idea that came to me, so I'm writing it down. It won't be behind a paywall, and the whole story will be free.
