Listen to Me [Superpowers]

A meteorite fell, triggering a second evolution across the Earth and awakening supernatural abilities in humanity. Abilities vary in strength, and society has been thrown into turmoil. To maintain order, the International Ability Administration was established to deal with those who abuse their powers. Lin Shaoyan is handsome, long-legged, and elegant, yet no one has ever heard him speak. He is widely known at Z University as the mute campus heartthrob. What no one knows is that he has another identity: one of only five S-rank ability users in the country. His codename is Heavenly Emperor, and his ability, Heavenly Emperor's Decree, can make anyone obey his words. Put simply, he can tell people to do what he says. For example: Unhinged kidnapper: Anything I touch can explode! Lin Shaoyan: Oh, you're that powerful? Then touch yourself. :) The kidnapper touches himself and explodes on the spot. Villain: Whoever I glare at with my petrifying eyes dies. Lin Shaoyan: Mm-hmm, could you take a look in the mirror? :) The villain looks in the mirror and turns to stone. Troublemaker: I can control heavenly lightning. I am justice! Lin Shaoyan: Sure, then let justice rain from the heavens and strike you down. :) The troublemaker is struck by the lightning he summoned and dies. With Heavenly Emperor's Decree, Lin Shaoyan dispatches his enemies with ease, ruling the world with nothing but his mouth. Until one day, a new partner, Qin Jing, suddenly shows up. After learning that his new "partner" hates close contact with men, Lin Shaoyan says, "Hey, handsome, you're exactly my type. Give me a hug, then kiss me." The next second, he hugs Qin Jing of his own accord and kisses him by force. Lin Shaoyan turns bright red. "??? What did you do to me?!" Qin Jing wipes his lips. "You kissed me. Now you have to devote yourself to me." Lin Shaoyan: "Get lost!!!" Mysterious, powerful ability-user top x sharp-tongued king bottom 1v1 Theme: Punish evil and promote good
