1. The heroine: cold and sharp-tongued (as skilled as Professor Snape), a renowned physician of the martial world with superb medical skills. Her personality is eccentric, and she often has her beautiful maids stand in for her. She has delicate features and a cool expression, but her smile could outshine a city (though she rarely smiles). She has an insatiable love of sweets. Her maids are often given names like Xiao Yi and Xiao Er, because she is wary of them and assumes anyone who comes to her has ulterior motives, so she doesn't want to trouble herself with proper names. A complicated past?
2. The hero: he transmigrated from the modern world as a baby and was reborn into the foremost family of the martial world. Though the eldest son, he usually acts like a careless, laid-back young master. In private, however, he runs several of the martial world's biggest entertainment venues for wine, women, gambling, and other pleasures. He avoids women and keeps himself pure, holding himself to a high moral standard. To cultivate a reputation as a womanizer, he deliberately drags his friend into it, pretending to be a man who fancies other men. His outward image and inner self are deeply at odds. He is extremely possessive of the things he loves (is that why he avoids everyone else? Is he a neat freak?). In his previous life, he was the CEO and lead game designer of a popular publicly listed game company. He acts wicked and unruly around strangers, but is childlike around people he knows. His greatest pleasure is exploring every corner of the martial world, treating it like a game he designed.
