Shirase, Leader of Yokohama's Ability Users

[This story will be entering VIP status on Saturday, October 17. A 10,000-character update will be posted then!] [Upcoming novel: "After Getting Happy Endings with Yokohama's Leaders"] Me, Shirase, am just an ordinary mental ability user. My ability's name is classified. Anyway, no one knows what it's called to this day. I became the first King of the Sheep when I was young, then switched jobs and joined the Port Mafia, rising step by step until I became its leader. You could say my life has gone pretty smoothly. But before I could celebrate my impressive resume, I realized my right-hand men had started having ideas about me. "So, dear Boss, which one will you choose?" asked a lanky, frail man whose true form was bandages, his smile kind. The short, handsome man who had been standing faithfully by my side pricked up his ears, waiting for my answer. In this situation, I chose to smoke a cigarette and calm down. "Only children make choices. Adults take everything." Whoever came up with that damn line, come out and take your beating. A few notes: * The male lead, Shirase, is not the original version, but it is true that there's something wrong with his head. ** His personality and traits are almost exactly the same as Shirase in my previous work. Also, the pairing is undecided. *** Content warning: The male lead, Shirase, always puts self-interest first and rarely lets feelings sway him. If he does, he's probably using the situation as an excuse to set a trap. **** Includes the following worlds: Bungo Stray Dogs, Clow Cards, The Disastrous Life of Saiki K., The Little Detective Who Dies "After Getting Happy Endings with Yokohama's Leaders" Diary of the Yokohama Mafia Boss's Wife: Who could have guessed that in this world, I'd once again manage to become a boss's widow. Worse than the previous two worlds, this time I cried at the wrong grave. "Madam. The boss is buried over here..." After a long silence, the short, handsome man who had been most loyal to my late husband told me the truth. The glistening tear hadn't even fallen from the corner of my eye before it got stuck halfway. This is ridiculous. I went to all that trouble to find the perfect angle to show off my beauty in 360 degrees for nothing. 1. Boss Mori route: "Madam is beautiful. Any hairstyle or makeup looks naturally perfect on you." He wrapped his arms around me from behind. His sharp brows relaxed, and he turned his head to place a gentle kiss on my cheek. I couldn't help blushing. 2. Boss Chuuya route: Also known as: My husband is a workaholic doing 996. Our schedules were completely different, but he gave me such a great deal of freedom that I got to enjoy all the perks of being a rich woman. 3. Boss Dazai route: This was the strangest marriage route I'd ever played in a dating sim. From confession to marriage registration took only one day. He even showed up in my field of vision along a perfect parabola. After getting all three game endings, I chose to quit the game. Who could have guessed that the real game of my life was only just beginning? Three bootleg versions of the game's characters appeared in my real life: Boss Mori, Boss Chuuya, and Boss Dazai. I took a deep breath and told myself to stay calm. Luckily, the faces and names in the game weren't mine, so there was no way they'd figure out who I was and come after me for revenge! Theme: Even when trapped in the mud, keep pushing forward and climbing toward the light.
