[Western Crossover] A Song for Caius

Over the long years, Caius encountered four singers.

True to his nature, he killed every one of them and devoured them. But he found it strange that the second, third, and fourth singers all seemed inexplicably familiar, as if he had met them before.

Only after the fourth singer's bones had rotted away did it suddenly dawn on him: all four of them were actually the same soul.

Now the fifth singer stands before him, with a gentle East Asian face, holding up a little reddish-brown wooden stick and pointing it at his nose with a smile.

Caius decides to wait and see. He wants to find out whether this fifth singer has the same soul as the others.

1. The CP is pretty obvious.

2. It's also pretty obvious what this is mainly a crossover with.

3. Learning to write tension, and practicing it, is the goal of this story.
