A Year After I Ran Away from Our Wedding, the CEO Came After Me Again

Tan Xingran ran away from her wedding.

She didn't even like that CEO surnamed Chu, so why should she marry her?

After escaping from the Tan family, she went somewhere nobody knew her and became a kindergarten teacher.

She got along wonderfully with the children and thought her life would go on like this forever, until one day she spotted a somewhat familiar figure in the school's security office.

Chu Yizhen never imagined her fiancée would run away from their wedding.

She and Tan Xingran weren't close. They'd only met once at a banquet.

But that one glance was enough for her to remember Tan Xingran's face forever.

After she ran away, Tan Xingran seemed to vanish from the face of the earth. Chu Yizhen searched for her for a whole year, finally learning that she was in Xingcheng and had gone from being a rich young lady to a kindergarten teacher.

Very well, Tan Xingran. Very well indeed.

Chu Yizhen's fists clenched slightly, and she kissed Tan Xingran by force right at the school gate.

Student: Who's that lady who picks up Teacher Tan and takes her home every day?

Tan Xingran: That's... our teacher's new driver.
