Plane Merchant

Di Tianjiao's life had reached its peak too early, leaving her bored out of her mind. Then one day, a cross-dimensional business System came looking for her, hoping to trick her into spending money and working for it.

System: You can think of it as an ordinary business game, dear, and you can cash out your profits, too.

Di Tianjiao raised an eyebrow. Ordinary? A feudal world? A semi-feudal world? A post-apocalyptic world?

The System enthusiastically pitched its offer: No matter what kind of world it is, there's nothing to worry about, dear. You can raise your security level just by spending money!

Di Tianjiao: Can your currency be exchanged for the currency in my world?

System: Yes, dear. Would you like to invest your starting capital?

Di Tianjiao smiled. Mm-hmm. Then let's max everything out right from the start.

System: !!!

The new System was secretly thrilled. It would have to update its preferences! It might lose a tiny bit of the fun of raising kids, but it really loved generous, fabulously wealthy beauties! It adored them!

Later...

Watching its Host consolidate resources across dimensions and supply goods to the System instead...

System: I was wrong. I'm the one getting exploited as a wage-slave! _(:з)∠)_

Theme: Don't go kidnapping people at random.
