The Cold Immortal Venerable Isn't So Cold

He transmigrated into A Tale of the Aloof Master in Peril, becoming an aloof, intersex immortal master...

Is that kind of setup actually real?

"That setup is super popular on certain websites! Don't look down on the aloof intersex immortal master trope!" said the shut-in who'd transmigrated alongside him.

Why would you want something that twisted? Ping Xueyan sighed, then asked the other person who'd transmigrated with them, "You at least know what happens later in the original, right?"

"No idea. I got cast because I brought funding, so I never read the script!" The useless idol beamed. "Don't worry. Whatever happens, we'll deal with it. I got a three on my IELTS and still got into a school in Britain, didn't I?"

Oh, come on! So that's what your 'British academic prodigy' publicity was about!

My fists are clenched. My fists are clenched.

This is a story about three modern people who transmigrate into a fanfic based on a book that's being adapted for television and about to start filming.

No pairings. The three protagonists are one man, one woman, and one intersex person, a perfectly balanced cast.

Qi Hanlin (a younger, useless idol and puppy-like pretty boy)

Wei Qiufeng (a chaotic-evil, shut-in heiress)
