The Mid Laner Doesn't Want to Date [Esports]

Bai Yan had tasted the fall from the clouds twice in his life.

The first time was just before the Worlds. A teammate was exposed for match-fixing and banned, and the resulting roster changes led to JJG's elimination in the group stage. The team never recovered, becoming a league punching bag that handed out free wins.

The second time was just before his retirement, when a newly crowned prodigy in the league cornered him backstage and confessed. A passing staff member exposed it, ruining his reputation.

Later, Bai Yan was reborn with only two thoughts in his mind.

Stay away from JJG's match-fixing teammate.

Stay away from Fang Yichen, that little brat who bites.

Everyone in the LPL knew that Bai Yan was unquestionably the best support player of the moment. Joining league powerhouse JJG was the obvious next step, a perfect match that would make both sides even stronger.

Everyone was waiting for an announcement of this dream partnership during the transfer window.

On the final day of the transfer window.

@YJJL Club: Starting mid laner for the new season: Yan-Bai Yan; starting jungler for the new season: AIYan-Fang Yichen.

The entire esports fandom went mad!!

Bai Yan didn't join JJG??? He switched to mid lane?? Where did this ragtag team YJJL even come from?? And who was Fang Yichen???

Later, YJJL swept every domestic and international championship, achieving a grand slam in record time.

A reporter interviewed the young team captain: Captain Bai, why did you choose the unknown YJJL two years ago instead of the then-dominant JJG?

Bai Yan: Back then, I was trying to get away from a little brat.

Reporter: And later?

Bai Yan, expressionless: Later, he shared a room with me.

Fang Yichen, passing by: To be precise, we shared a bed.

Theme: Esports is the youth of a generation, and championships are the dreams of a generation.
