My Home Has a Anywhere Door

Plot idea noted on March 18, 2020.

The day after Qin Shu was fired, he moved out of his upscale apartment complex and returned to his ancestral home in a tourist town.

The old house had been abandoned for a long time, but the carved redwood door in the back courtyard was still as good as new.

Qin Shu pushed it open, stepped into thin air, and fell right into the arms of a certain peacock spirit.

Qin Shu frets over the self-obsessed peacock spirit beside him, who can't do a thing.

"Can you work the front desk?"

The peacock spirit replies, "No."

"Can you do the books?"

The peacock spirit says, "No."

The peacock spirit lifts his head. "But I can be the boss."

Qin Shu: "If you're the boss, what am I?"

Peacock spirit: "The boss's wife."

Qin Shu frets even more.

A story of "Did I pick up the peacock spirit, or did the peacock spirit pick me up?" and "Oh no, Qin Shu / the peacock seems to have a crush on me, and I've got proof" and "Good grief, are you modern people / old monsters all this cheeky?"

Both the top and the bottom are cheeky little shrimp.
