In the year 5436, Blue Star is facing resource depletion. A mysterious full-dive livestream game called Star Live suddenly appears. Those who draw a character to enter the game and clear its levels receive generous in-game rewards, as well as strange tips from interstellar viewers: food, water, energy... It sparks a global craze overnight. Lin Yuan, who is penniless, finally makes it into the game, only to find that...
The livestream characters other people draw:
(Life Plane) A little bunny~ adorable and universally loved
(Fairy Tale Plane) An elf~ peerless in both beauty and wisdom
(Mythic Plane) A little yellow chick~ the legendary divine beast phoenix in its earliest form!
Lin Yuan, the unluckiest player around, draws the Abyss Plane, said to be full of monsters.
"..."
Fine, the Abyss it is. At least its combat strength is high! Surely she can at least livestream herself smashing a rock on her chest?
But look at everyone else: demons, bone dragons, succubi. Then look at herself...
A tiny flame weakly pops up, trips into the water, and vanishes in a wisp of smoke.
Lin Yuan: ...
What the heck! Is the game over already?!
Theme: Face hardship without fear, and keep fighting. You can always find a way out of adversity.
