My Whole Family Are Villainous Cannon Fodder

[The title and blurb may change. A goofy, laugh-out-loud, face-slapping slice-of-life story focused on the main plot. The whole family are powerhouses, and the heroine has a love interest.]

Yun Muqiu had lived an ordinary life for over a decade when she suddenly discovered that she was living inside a novel.

Her mother was the long-lost biological daughter of a wealthy family, and soon their whole family would be brought back into the fold.

But they were cannon fodder in the story. A transmigrator had become the fake heiress's daughter and, with the help of a System, schemed against their family on the fake heiress's behalf, trampled them underfoot, and became a winner in life.

Even the relatives who should have been bound to them by blood had ulterior motives for acknowledging them.

Looking at her family, who knew nothing and lived without a care in the world, Yun Muqiu felt the weight of responsibility settle on her shoulders.

The news that the Xia family had found their biological daughter in a remote mountain village caused a sensation among high society.

Everyone thought that the real heiress, who had grown up in a backwater and married and had children, and her family would be covered in country bumpkin manners. They would gawk at everything they saw, and even the way they whispered among themselves would be unbearably vulgar.

By comparison, the fake heiress's family was elegant and well-mannered. Their beloved daughter was both beautiful and talented, adored by countless people. They basked in glory, making the real heiress's family seem utterly eclipsed.

Even the Xia family could never figure out why the big shots they could never hope to rub shoulders with treated them so warmly.

Until they overheard the real heiress's family talking in private.

"That fake one costs several million. So is the real one we have at home worth even more?"

"That project made us several hundred million. Since our Qiuqiu just won an award, should we give her the money as a reward, or turn it into some kind of gift?"

"Qiuqiu's birthday is coming up. Should we buy her a whole residential complex, or build one on our own land?"

Everyone: ???

Who on earth are you people?

Theme: Life should be full of joy.
