Yokohama Has Nothing to Do with Me

I live in Yokohama.

But Yokohama has nothing to do with me.

I go to school, come home, join activities, finish my homework on time, and get decent grades. I'm a good kid.

Those ability users who fly through the sky, dig underground, set things on fire, or spray water everywhere...

Sorry, they have nothing to do with me.

,

Life wasn't bad, until one day, while I was eating dessert, a rock fell from the sky and smashed my cake to pieces.

I froze.

Looking up, I saw a dragon thrashing around in the sky, sending rocks flying in every direction.

Whoosh

Before I knew it, another rock had landed in my milk tea.

All right, then.

You over there, you're not even an adult. Get down here. Come on, get down. Study hard, and just eat your oranges while watching me go.

I'll handle this.

,

This dragon was so weak. I knocked it flying with one slap.

I walked away calmly, making sure to hand the bill to that underage kid before I left. Call it a little gift from him to me.

I never expected that after that...

,

Yokohama still has nothing to do with me. But bandages, hats, curry rice, and little girls do.

So hurry up and leave. Don't make me get physical. Do you understand? If you do, get going, or I'll knock your head off.

All right, all right, Ranpo. Let's go have afternoon tea. Oh, is Chuuya coming too? Great.

,

I swagger through town with my friends in tow. I have nothing to do with Yokohama, but the people I care about love it, so I love it too.

,

That's all. It's a group-favorite story, but feel free to pick your favorite character. Whoever gets the most support will appear more often.

Fate.
