Daily Life of a Rich Family's Cat

Before he was even grown, the little kitten Gu Zhou followed his tabby cat cousin down the mountain to the human world. The sheltered kitten was caught by cat smugglers and separated from his cousin.

The cat smugglers sold Gu Zhou to a cattery and went on their way.

Gu Zhou was kept in a cage for three whole months. The little kitten had snow-white fur and a soft, sweet meow, but nobody bought him.

Just as the cattery owner was about to set Gu Zhou free, someone bought him as a birthday present.

On the first day in his new home, his new owner sternly laid down the rules for him.

"Don't run around, don't meow, don't go into the study, and stay at least a meter away from me."

Yet a few months later, the stern-faced man was constantly cuddling the cat, looking utterly absorbed as he nuzzled Gu Meowmeow's snow-white belly!

Gu Meowmeow had lost the will to live. Humans sure are fickle.

Gu Chen's leg tendons were severed in a car accident, leaving him reliant on a wheelchair. After the accident, his personality changed drastically, and he became prone to sudden outbursts of rage.

On his thirtieth birthday, a friend gave him a kitten, saying a pet could bring warmth to his body and soul. Gu Chen dismissed the idea and even laid down house rules for the kitten.

Ever since a cat moved into the house, a blade of grass, a flower, and a pile of oddly shaped stones would often appear outside Gu Chen's room.

The people in the estate grew anxious, until one day Gu Chen saw on the security camera that his cat had turned into a person in his room and was skillfully playing games on a tablet. Judging by how deftly he handled it, he must have played plenty!

Gu Chen declared that now that the kitten was grown, he could eat him.
