Random Dimensions

[Entire story free] [Record: Started January 4, 2021; completion date ???] This is a story about my original character. Some of you may be wondering, what does that mean? Simply put, an original character is a character who represents you in the fictional world, with a life and identity different from your real-world self. She isn't quite the author's avatar, but more like an independent character entrusted with special feelings. Every now and then, she might make a guest appearance as the author's stand-in. I originally created this story to flesh out her setting. Who knew it would get so long? Sob... Though I have to admit, it's pretty satisfying to look back on. Ahem, here's the story in a nutshell: It's hard to explain because it's all over the place. At first, I created my original character so she could have adventures in all kinds of settings: causing chaos in horror games, experiencing school life in a monster world, becoming a sect leader in a cultivation world after losing her memory, and living as a human saintess in a Western fantasy world. But as I kept writing, she started falling in love. Maybe writing my own self-indulgent stories is just too much fun, ahem. Her love interests include, but aren't limited to, an icy general, a clingy cat, a tsundere king, and a masochistic, lovestruck fallen god... Then the story spiraled into a reverse-harem type, despite my efforts to keep it under control. But reverse harems really are so much fun. And writing scenes where she does whatever she pleases, as recklessly as she wants, is a great way to blow off steam. Of course, robbery and murder are both terribly wrong. I'm just enjoying myself in a novel, hehe. Anyway, that's more or less what the story is about. A few content notes and clarifications: ● The original character is a chaotic neutral fun-seeker. I made her so powerful she might as well be using cheat codes because it's more fun that way: she might arrange a universal gender-swap day, casually pop into another world for a guest appearance, or accidentally kill the wrong person and wave them back to life with an apology. Basically, it's all for the sake of shenanigans. ● Updates are irregular because I don't even have an outline. I write whatever I dream up. ● I started writing this on a whim because I was interested in my original character. Since it's a story for myself, I write according to my own tastes and let myself go wild. If anyone else enjoys it, that's a bonus! If not, please don't attack my preferences [teary-eyed]. It's just what I like, and I'll really be sad... Oh, and I like female tops. I don't care whether either person has previous experience, as long as their feelings are sincere. ● The original character is pansexual, genderless, and nonhuman, usually appearing female. She changes partners often and is open to men, women, and nonbinary people alike. She doesn't mind intimacy and does what she wants when she feels like it. Aside from the early chapters, she's usually the female top later on. ● The story has so many different elements that the tags may not fit perfectly. For instance, her lovers include both men and women, so I wasn't sure whether to tag it as yuri or romance. In the end, they never fully settle down together, so I went with no pairing. Theme: An original-character story I write for fun when I'm bored. Don't take the quality too seriously.
