Yokohama Kitties

[About how skipping chapters 2-5 won't affect your reading]

I am a cat born and raised in Yokohama.

After years of hard work, I successfully claimed Yokohama as my territory.

As a brave and battle-ready cat, I have taught the cats of Yokohama all kinds of skills, including acting cute, begging for affection, and staging collisions.

Under my influence, the people of Yokohama are getting closer every day to becoming cat servants!

My goal is to rule all of Yokohama!

As everyone knows, the five most imposing skyscrapers in Yokohama are home to a whole bunch of cats.

On a dark and windy night, a tiny figure leaps down from the rooftop.

Its paws land silently on the boy's head, then push off hard! It jumps onto a branch.

Golden cat eyes reflect an eerie glow in the darkness, making anyone who sees them shudder. Then one cat after another follows, leaping down.

Passing man in a black suit: I didn't see a thing!

Dazai, who got stepped on (forcing a smile): mmp

And so begins the legend of the King of Yokohama's Cats...

System: "Do you want great power? If you do, I'll give it all to you. Go complete the mission! I've put all the power there!"

The little black cat's eyes suddenly light up.

Note:

1. The cat does not turn into a human. The story is told in third person.

2. Slow burn, original setting details, OOC, and elementary-school-level writing ahead.
