The Handsome Boy at a Yokohama Street Corner

[About the author's frequent character derailment]

A rumor has recently been circulating in Yokohama: if you wander around an intersection in the middle of the night, you'll meet a beautiful young man.

You can ask him to tell your fortune, ask him questions, or make a wish. He will always answer and make it come true.

Then the bodies of people who had gone to make inquiries at the intersection began turning up one after another...

Yuki Yoshihara was just an ordinary cafe owner. He thought life would simply go on that way.

Until his ability suddenly went out of control.

“The Beautiful Young Man at the Intersection” (denying everything): I didn't, I haven't, it wasn't me.

Until everyone turned against him.

Staff: Weren't you the one who told us to leave?

Mr. Mori: Thanks, but you're not my friend.

Armed Detective Agency: Making friends out of thin air?

Until his life was threatened.

Fuchi: Where's your face?

Slit-Mouthed Woman: Thanks for asking.

Tomie: I don't even have any combat ability? Me?

He had no choice but to fight for his life.

Yuki Yoshihara: I'll let you live. Moved?

Paranormal beings: We wouldn't dare move, we wouldn't dare.

Notes:

1. Original pairing: Yama no Kami Midori x Yuki Yoshihara

2. Original settings, out-of-character portrayals, and writing like a grade-schooler ahead

3. Features various urban legends and characters from the manga of Ito, the great master. You can still enjoy it if you haven't read them (look into my earnest eyes)

Theme: Even when faced with adversity, meet the future with an open, optimistic, and positive attitude.
