Because of the pandemic, Mu Fangfang was fired by his old school. After spending a long time cooped up at home, he finally received an invitation from a school called Shanhai Academy.

The school was a little far away. He had to switch from the subway to a bus, then walk through a stretch of woods. At the edge of the woods, he found a strange-headed dog that was barely alive.

The poor little dog had a huge belly, long fur, and a stubby tail.

Mu Fangfang felt terrible for it. A dog that ugly, and people were still mistreating it? He decided to bundle it up and take it with him.

The school was a little strange too. It had morning and evening sessions, with separate classes for each.

On his first day, he taught the morning class. The students seemed like they belonged to some over-the-top punk family, with hair in every color. Fortunately, they were very enthusiastic about him, although they all stood far too close...

That night, the lonely foodie student Tao Tie received a box of Safeguard soap.

On the third day, Mu Fangfang began teaching the evening class. Those students were all very well-behaved. They never whispered during class, although they wouldn't speak up even when he asked them questions.

They just liked practicing difficult yoga poses for no reason, or showing off all sorts of bottles and jars.

Mu Fangfang: Nie Qianqian, don't grind lotus root starch in class. Put that white jar away.

Nie Xiaoqian, aggrieved: Teacher, the last person who tried telling me what to do already exploded.

Later, he discovered that the school grounds were actually used to raise animals, every student dorm's balcony was used to grow vegetables, and even his students were meant to be eaten...

Mu Fangfang: People aren't on the menu, are they? QAQ

Meanwhile, his strange-headed dog had grown up, and even gone completely bald...

Facing the now ridiculously long strange thing, Mu Fangfang cautiously tossed a flying pancake at it. "Xiaobai, go get it!"

When Xiaobai came back... as a person? It had turned into the fearsome owner of the school's second-floor cafeteria.

Watching the students scatter in every direction, Mu Fangfang asked, "Steamed or garlic sauce?"

P.S. 1. The adorable students won't actually be eaten.

2. The students are all adult monsters or ghosts, sent here to "continue their studies" after making mistakes!!!
