Tsurumi Wataru, Who Loves Writing Books

Tsurumi Wataru is a Special Grade One surveillance target of the Special Division for Unusual Powers. There are countless rumors about him within the agency. They say every one of his surveillance officers ends up monitoring him for life (meaning he is the only person they ever monitor). Tsurumi Wataru himself says this is nothing but slander. He merely lets everyone follow their heart. His ability is "The Complete Suicide Manual," and his usual hobby is writing books. He has absolutely nothing to do with that fellow next door whose ability is "Murderous Detective" and whose hobby is "solving cases"! So far, he has written a book called The Complete Suicide Manual, hailed as a masterpiece by a certain Yokohama resident~ Personal File: Name: Tsurumi Wataru Gender: Male Birthday: Unknown Age: 24 Ability: The Complete Suicide Manual Ability Details: Write down a person's name on paper (you must picture their appearance in your mind at the same time, or the ability will kill people indiscriminately), their method of suicide, a description of their suicide (reason, location, date), degree of pain, level of trouble, state of the body, collateral damage, impact, lethality, ■■■, and the person named will commit suicide according to the description above. Please point out any plot holes or unreasonable parts, and I'll fix them. * The protagonist is Tsurumi Wataru, author of The Complete Suicide Manual. Nothing in this story involves the real-life author. Some details are inspired by reality, but most are made up. Please don't conflate this with the real world. * This has little to do with the main storyline of Bungo Stray Dogs. It's all unofficial history (and wow, is it wild). * Pairing: Ango (surveillance officer x person under surveillance) * The timeline is after Dazai's defection. Since I don't know when The Complete Suicide Manual appeared in the original Bungo Stray Dogs story, I've set Dazai at age 15 and Tsurumi Wataru at age 29 when he publishes the book in the real world. * The protagonist is a little crazy and a little unwell. If that's not for you, click the back button. Theme: Live well
