Chen Su comes from an unhappy family and lives in poverty. After enduring long-term school bullying and verbal abuse, he has grown withdrawn and antisocial.
It isn't until he meets Xu Baiyan that a ray of sunlight finally shines into his dark, cellar-like life, which is on the verge of rotting away.
