That Dog of a Game Planner

Straightforward blurb:

An Tao's novel has finally been licensed for a game.

After seeing other writers' novels get mangled in adaptations and watching readers and players alike blast the companies for cashing in, An Tao decides to learn from their mistakes. She goes undercover at Pear Studio, the company that bought her game rights, and becomes a junior writer and planner.

Pear Studio is huge, and the food is great, but something seems off about the team she's joined. Especially Chen Shuye, the genius who'll die if he doesn't work out, a borderline case of split personality, and a big, burly boss who can switch from being a pushover to a domineering CEO with one click. He's really not right...

Chen Shuye: Got any objections, kid?

An Tao: ...No, no, not at all.

Chen Shuye: ^_^
