The Lieutenant General Turns Their Story Into Ours

When time stretches on without end, when old friends are gone and the past has become a memory, can we still hope to find one person to share our lives with, and stay together until our hair turns white?

The story begins with just one person, but later, another stubborn soul gradually writes it into a story of us. There may be pain, there may be regrets, but after living through all those years, looking back, you are no longer alone.

Note: This is a historical story, with both angst and sweetness. There may be out-of-character moments. I will stop writing after finishing this, and will not write any more fanfiction. I originally did not plan to publish it, but since the manuscript is complete, I am sharing it so I won't have any regrets.

Theme: Stand together, and may the rest of our lives be peaceful.
