I'm slowly getting back into it. First, let me go over my plans again. A lot has happened over the past two years, so I'll pick things back up gradually. I should update by New Year's at the latest (no guarantees, but I'll do my best!).

A few things to note:

The author's notes are very wordy, but you can get a general idea of the setting and my interpretation from them (sob, sob, I hope everyone reads them).

All pairings are broken up (everyone loves Yan Yan). Don't read if you don't like that. This is written purely for love (sob, sob, even the little kids aren't spared).

I just want to make Yan Lingji the adored one. Everyone loves her.

Don't worry about logic. There are a lot of headcanons. Since it's a wish-fulfillment romance, why bother with logic?

Absolutely unhinged, extremely OOC. I love love at first sight and love that lasts a lifetime from a single glance.

I'm not very cultured, and I pile on tons of embellishments and adjectives. I can't stop writing overly elaborate descriptions, especially about eyes and such.
